Notice is hereby given that the 10th Annual General Meeting of the Alumni Association of KCA University (AAKCAU) will be held on Saturday, 20th May 2023, from 9:00 am (blended, via Zoom & physical) to transact the following business.
Agenda

1. 1. To read the Notice convening the meeting
   2. Recording of Apologies Ordinary Business
   3. To confirm the minutes of the 9th Annual General Meeting held on 28th May 2022 via Zoom.
      The minutes will be posted on alumni.kcau.ac.ke and will be considered read.
   4.  To receive and adopt the Chairman’s Report.
   5. To consider and adopt the Financial Report for the year ended 31st December 2022, together
      with the budgets for 2023 and 2024.
   6. To receive and adopt the Treasurer’s Report thereon.
   7. To elect Board Members:
      a) Pursuant to Section (7) of the Constitution of KCAU, alumni are invited to apply for
      vacant positions that will fall vacant because of retirement on rotation. NOTE: But
      for this pear. there is no vacancy until next pear.
   8. Consideration of other matters for which due notice has been received:
      a) Constitution & Strategic Plan review process, Registration of AAKCAU with the Registrar of Societies and Members joining KCAU Sacco.
   9. Any Other Business (AOB)-With the approval of the Chairman
