The board of the Alumni Association, the secretariat and a few alumni are usually present. This event is a great opportunity for the AAKCAU board to meet with the students before they graduate to welcome them to the alumni association as well as motivate them for the new phase of life. The students get to be more informed about the alumni association and its activities as they automatically become members upon payment of graduation fees.
