On 27th October 2023, the Vice Chancellor and CEO hosted a dinner for the Alumni who were recognized for loyalty and dedication to the Alma Mater. CPA Philip Kakai (Chairman of ICPAK, Assistant Director of Finance – Revenue & Deposits at the Judiciary), CPA Noah Obutabila Ndakala (Partner, Ronalds LLP) , Mr. John Macharia (CEO, Digital Driving School, Awardee of the Young CEOs Awards-Kenya), Priscillah Kinyua (Entrepreneur), CPA Joshua Okeyo Otieno, CIPM (Co-Founder & CEO, Pivot Asset Group) , Mr. Moses Omoga (Founder & CEO, Brighter Community Traders, Awardee of the Founder of the Year Awards-Kenya), Sammy Kioko comedian (Artist & Stand-up Comedian) and CPA Nicholas Masavu (Manager, Operational Risk & Compliance-JLL Standard Chartered Bank) were among those honored. The Alumni’s achievements in the industry and their contribution to KCA University were discussed.
The highlights on collaboration areas discussed included, creating opportunities for employment and internships as well as mentorship for KCAU students and alumni.
