Martha Muchiri, is a renowned Human Resource professional and a great leader in the corporate world. She holds a bachelorās degree in Human Resource Management from KCA University. She holds an undergraduate diploma in Banking and Finance from Mt. Kenya University where she is currently pursuing Certified Human Resource Management Professional (CHRP-K).
Her exceptional work experience in the Corporate Industry for the last thirteen (13) years reflects her expertise in business administration, employee resourcing, human resource development, membership/customer management, and training and development. Martha is a Co-founder and Managing Director of Staffrite Human Resource Africa Limited. Staffrite HRA LTD is a Human Resource Consulting firm that deals with Corporate Policy formulation, Corporate Training, and Recruitment services among others. Currently, she serves as deputy Manager of Training and Membership at The Institution of Engineers of Kenya (IEK), where she previously served as the Acting Chief Executive Officer (Ag. CEO). She is a strong believer in the power of Strategic thinking, ethics, integrity leadership, and humanity in the workplace.
She is a registered Human resources practitioner with the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM), a full member of the Kenya Institute of Management (KIM), and a Board Member of the Alumni Association of KCA University (AAKCAU) where she serves as a member of Resource mobilization committee and Public Relations and communications committee. Since the year 2018 to the year 2022, she served as the Secretariat in charge of the Women Engineers Chapter (WEC), where she played a great role in organizing and coordinating International Engineering Conferences and Membership retention events. Currently, she serves as the secretariat in charge of the Outreach committee at IEK, where she is responsible for IEKās branchesā resource mobilization, members engagement, and coordinating of branchesā operations. She is an active member of Women in Human Resource Kenya (WIHRK) where she regularly takes part in moderating Training Forums.
