In response to the spread of COVID-19, Alumni Association held this year’s Annual General Meeting(AGM) virtually. Members unanimously agreed to postpone the elections for new board members of the association after the pandemic.
Members also endorsed CPA Noah Ndakala through consensus to the position of chairperson of the alumni board following the exit of CPA Benard Mukundi whose term in office had expired.
Board members whose tenure expired stepped down to allow three new members to be co-opted on acting positions. One member who was eligible for re-election was allowed to continue serving until the time when the next election will be held.
Members reviewed the annual subscription downwards from Ksh2000 to Ksh1000 to encourage more members to register.
